摘要
目的探讨奥扎格雷钠通过抑制缺血大鼠心肌细胞Bax蛋白的表达,调节Bcl-2/Bax水平,从而抑制大鼠缺血心肌细胞的凋亡。方法将健康的Wistar大鼠40只随机均分为5组,空白组,模型组,预防组,治疗组和联合硝酸甘油治疗组.2周后除空白组外其余各组制作心肌缺血模型,检测心肌细胞Bcl-2及Bax蛋白表达。结果心电图:各组造模成功后5分钟时心电图ST段及造模成功时心电图ST段比较,各组均有显著性差异(P<0.05)。免疫组化结果:预防组中的Bcl-2和Bax与模型组、治疗组、联合治疗组中的比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论奥扎格雷钠可以减少心肌缺血大鼠中心肌细胞Bax蛋白的表达,调节Bcl-2/Bax水平。
Objective the anti-apoptosis effective about Sodium Ozagrel (OZG) to cardiocyte in myocardiol isehemia in rats,by the way of inhibiting the expression of Bax protein and accommodating the ratio of Bcl-2 and Bax.Methods Forty healthy Wistar rats were divided into five groups of eight rats each at random. They were blank control, model, pretreatment, treatment, affdiation with angised. Tow weeks later, the rats except blank control group were made myocardial isehemia model, then used methods to detect the expression of myocardial cells of Bcl-2 and Bax protein. Results ECG: Every group' s ST-segment raising range of Ⅱ compared with itself group ST-segment raising range of II after 5 minutes, Group pretreatment, treatment and afiliation with angised all have significant difference ( P 〈 0.05). Immunohistochemical: Compared with Bcl-2 and Bax protein of Group pretreatment,there are significant difference in Group model,treatment and affiliation with angised ( P 〈0.05). Conclusion OZG could induce cardiocyte damage by the way of inhibited the protein expression of Bax in myocardial ischemia rats. It could accommodate the level between the protein of Bcl-2 and Bax.
