摘要
为了实现选矿加药自动化，达到在选矿过程中按照工艺要求定时、定量、定点地将各种选矿药剂加入矿浆料糟之目的，探讨用微机控制选矿加药机。合理选择控制系统的软硬件结构，妥善解决有关技术问题，即以ＰＬＣ作为下位机控制药剂流量，ＩＰＣ作为上位机实现加药量控制模型计算和相关处理，通过ＰＬＣ和ＩＰＣ的串行通信单元实现数据和控制信息的交换，使该系统达到预期的控制目的。
In this paper,the design and implementation of the computer control system for the mineralizer addition machine is described.This system makes the mineralizer addition process automatic,efficient.
