云南边境民族地区基础教育的现状及思考

On the basic education in the regions along the Yunnan border

云南边境民族地区由于历史原因和地理环境,社会经济发展落后,贫困程度严重且面大,导致基础教育发展十分艰难,"马太效应"的现象较为突出,而近年来由于周边国家对边境地区教育的支持力度大大加强,有些政策措施已明显优于我国,因而在边境地区出现了意想不到的、激烈的教育竞争,针对边境地区基础教育的现状,笔者进行了探索分析。

The social backwardness, poverty, geographical environment and historical reasons all prevent the basic education from development, and the Mathew effect is quite apparent. Attempts have been made recently in the neighboring countries to improve the basic education, while Chinese policies are dwindled. It is an unprecedented competiveness in the border.
