An Algorithm for Developing Master Production Schedule of Synchronous Manufacturing under Single Bottleneck

协同生产是制约因素管理（ＭＢＣ）研究的重要领域。借助制约因素管理的ＤＢＲ法对单一瓶颈环节条件下的协同生产主生产计划（ＭＰＳ）进行了探讨。阐述了研究协同生产ＭＰＳ问题的基本思路；

Synchronous Manufacturing(SM)is an important area of Management by Constraint(MBC).With the DBR method of MBC,this paper discusses the Master Proudction Schedule(MPS) of SM under single bottleneck,introducing the fundamental idea of studying the MPS of SM and establishing the basic algorithm of minimum transfer batch and of the designing MPS under single CCR.
