摘要 应用GLEEBLE-1500热力模拟机,采用正交分析法定量研究了低合金钢中含钒量、变形温度、变形速率、冷却速率等因素对含钒钢高温热塑性的影响,用数学回归法建立了各影响因素与钢的热塑性间的数学模型,为制定含钒钢连铸工艺提供了依据。 The effect of four factors. i. e. vanadium content in steel,deformation temperature,deformation rate,cooling rate,on high temperature thermoplasticity of low alloy vanadium steel was quantitatively investigated on GLEEBLE - 1500 thermal - mechanical simulator by means of orthogonal design test. A mathmatical models describing the relation between four factors and thermoplasticity of steel have been developed by the use of mathmatical regression method,which will provide an important basis for making reasonable vanadium steel continuous casting technology.
