单侧迷走神经切断对大鼠胸腺细胞迁移的影响 被引量:1

EFFECT OF MONOLATERAL VAGAL DENERVATION ON MIGRATION OF THYMOCYTES IN RAT THYMUS

摘要 目的探讨迷走神经在胸腺细胞输出过程中的作用。方法实验采取颈部右侧迷走神经切断术,应用免疫组织化学结合图像分析方法观察术后大鼠胸腺CD4/CD8阳性细胞表达及分布变化情况。结果CD4、CD8阳性细胞分布于大鼠胸腺特定区域,迷走神经切断后数量减少、染色光密度降低;分布区域变小。结论迷走神经切断术后,胸腺中未成熟T细胞减少,成熟T细胞数量相对增多。迷走神经在T细胞发育及输出过程中起重要作用。 Objective To investigate the mechanism of vagus in regulating the migration of thymocytes in rat thymus. Methods In this study, immunohistochemistry and morphological study was used. Monolateral vagal denervation was performed at the cervical level. The distribution of CD4/CD8 reactive cells were investigated in rat thymus, as well as changes in the expression of CD4/CD8 in rat thymus after monolateral vagotomy. Results CD4 and CD8 labeled cells were located at the corticomedullary junctions and medullas. After monolateral vagotomy, both the number and the OD of the CD4/CD8 positive stained cells were decreased, while the areas of the positive cells distributing were lessen. The positive cells localized at the center of the medullas or perivascular regions. Conclusion In rat thymus, monolateral vagotomy results in the decrease of immature thymocytes and the increase of mature thymocytes in number, which shows that the right vagus denervation produces a decrease of lymphoeytes release from the thymus into the venous circulation.
