重庆高校旅游管理本科专业学科建设特色与创新趋势

On feature and innovative trends of tourism management course construction in colleges and universities of Chongqing

改革开放三十年,重庆旅游管理专业高等教育取得了辉煌的成绩,实现了教育规模和教学质量的双丰收,走出了一条"集约型"规模扩张的发展道路。本文概括性地描述了重庆旅游高等教育的发展现状;从培养目标、课程体系、教学方法和手段、实践教学四个方面总结了重庆高校旅游管理本科专业学科建设的特色与成功经验;探索了重庆旅游本科高等教育的创新发展趋势。

Tourism higher education of Chongqing has made great achievements during the 30 years of China＇s reform and opening-up, gained double victories in education scale and teaching quality and taken an intensive development road of scale enlargement. This paper describes the present condition of tourism higher education of Chongqing. Secondly, it summarizes feature and successful experience of tourism management course construction in four aspects. Finally, it explores the development trends of tourism higher education innovation of Chongqing.
