摘要
1997年,武钢通过采取加强原料混匀与配矿、提高焦炭和烧结矿的质量和产量、加强高炉操作管理等措施,炼铁系统技术经济指标较1996年有了较大进步。全年生产混匀矿337.8万t,焦炭304.0万t,烧结矿734.3万t,生铁600.05万t;高炉煤比达92.29kg/t。
This paper describes the ironmaking system technology progress of WISGCO,in 1997.A series of measures ,such as strengthening material preparation,improving coke and sinter production, strengthening BF operation and management and so on, were made in 1997. As a result ,337.8×104 ton blended ore,304.0×104 ton coke, 734.3×104 ton sinter and 600. 5×104×104 ton hot metal were attained,and the PCI rate reached 92.8kg/tHM.
