Academic power and administrative power are important points in deepening reform of university management. However, they clash with each other at various levels. For example, academic power, which plays a key role in university development, is sometimes invaded by administrative power. Therefore, it is significant for the development of universities to understand correctly the orientation and relationship of academic power and administrative power at different levels of university management, coordinate the two powers, and bring their merits into play.
