摘要
教育信息化下对高等医学院校教师在专业化方面提出了更高的要求,包括课件设计的专业化,以及新时期教师专业角色的调整。提出教师应是知识结构的规划者、学习策略的指导者、学生人生观的指引者。医学院校教师专业化发展的途径,主要是利用多元信息渠道,教师自主发展,主动获得教育学、教育心理学知识;进行叙事研究;加强人文修养,思考生命化教育理念等。
In informational society, medical university teachers have to meet higher requirements : specialized courseware design and adjustment of teacher' s professional role. Teachers should be the guide of knowledge structure, learning strategies and students' outlook of life. Teachers of medical universities and colleges can achieve their specialized development by multiple information channels, autonomous development, gaining knowledge of educational science and educational psychology on their own, researching narration about teaching, enhancing cultivation of humanities, and thinking over the conception of life-based education.
