摘要
马钢2500m^3高炉焦炭中子测水仪于1997年8月投入使用。由于采用了焦炭中子测水仪,该高炉明显减少了原因不明的炉温波动,炉温稳定性好转,且[Si]和σ_[si]均下降。
A neutron moisture gauge for coke was put into operation on 2 500 m3 BF at Maanshan I & S Co. , Ltd.in August, 1997.Owing to the application of this neutron moisture gauge for coke, the inexplicable furnace temperature fluctuation was decreased obviously, the stability of furnace temperature was improved,as well as the hot metal silicon and its standard deviation were reduced.
