Evidence-based Review on BIS in Teaching of General Anesthesia

脑电双频指数(B IS)是全身麻醉过程中监测脑电活动,判断麻醉深度的方法之一,近年来,已有许多学者应用B IS做了大量的研究。循证医学则是近十余年来在医学实践中发展起来的一门新兴学科。本文在B IS监测的应用中引入循证医学理念,结合国内外临床与教学体会,对B IS监测在全身麻醉教学中的应用进行循证评价。

Bispectral index （BIS） is one of the clinical methods of monitoring EEG activity and judging depth of anesthesia during general anesthesia. In recent years, many researchers have conducted a lot of related research. Evidence-based medicine （EBM） is a newly emerging discipline developed from ten years＇ medical practice. This paper introduces EBM theory into BIS monitoring, combines the clinical and teaching experience at home and abroad, and evaluates BIS applied in general anesthesia teaching based on EBM theory.
