摘要 诊断学见习课是医学生获取临床基本技能的关键课程,如何提高诊断学见习课的教学质量是每个带教教师所面临的重要问题。本文结合教学实践,分别从开展多媒体计算机辅助教学、临床实习中进行分专业带教、在临床操作技能考核中应用标准化病人,通过改革考试内容促进学生对临床操作技能的重视以及物理诊断学规范化教案的建设等,探讨如何提高诊断学见习课的教学质量。 Diagnostic practice class is important for medical students to acquire the basic clinical techniques, and how to improve the teaching quality of diagnostic practice classes is an important issue for teachers. Based on the practice of our hospital, this arti- cle analyzes the methods to improve the teaching quality of diagnostic practice classes from the following aspects: multimedia-aided teaching, specialized teaching, using standardized patient in clinical skill assessment, making students give priority to clinical skills by reforming assessment contents, and standardizing lesson plans of physical diagnosties.
