重视床边教学 全面提高实习质量 被引量:14

摘要 床边教学是现代医学建立以来培养合格医学生的重要教学方法,但目前部分临床教师和实习生不再重视床边教学,导致实习质量下降。教师过分依赖现代科技,自身临床基本功欠缺,多重任务致使负担重没有精力用于床边教学。而实习生则对其重要性认识不足,自觉性不够,将精力主要放在考研和找工作上。患者由于没有体会到自身是床边教学的参与者和受益者,认为仅仅是实习生学习的"标本",因此不愿配合床边教学。为了提高实习质量,临床教师应该重视床边教学,加强自身基本功训练,在临床诊疗的各个环节为实习生做好榜样;实习生则应当增强自觉性,深入临床,学习床边诊疗技巧;对患者给予更多人文关怀,使他们乐于配合床边教学。 Bedside teaching has been an essential method of clinical training for medical students since modern medicine was founded, but its importance has decreased substantially today, causing the decline of practice quality. Many factors contribute to the situation: teachers' overdependence on modern technology, inadequate bedside diagnostic skills, increased clinical, administrative and research duties ; medical students' not realizing the importance of bedside teaching, lacking self-discipline and spending much time on graduate entrance examination and hunting a job; and patients' not being cooperative in bedside teaching. To improve the quality of clinical training, the faculty should attach importance to bedside teaching, develop bedside diagnostic techniques, set a good example for students during the whole process of clinical diagnosis and treatment. Medical students should reinforce their autonomy and incorporate themselves into the bedside teaching process. Both teachers and students should give patients more humanistic care to get their collaboration in bedside teaching.
