基于我国互联网络发展状况的网络信息资源优化配置策略研究

Research of Optimizing Measures in the Network Information Resource Allocation

本文通过讨论网络信息资源优化配置的基本目标,从网络信息资源的空间分配情况、时间分配情况、品种类型分配情况、上网人员的分布情况和政策法规的实施情况等不同角度,分析我国互联网络信息资源的发展情况及其存在的问题,从而发现我国网络信息资源配置的主要问题在于农村网络信息化的建设。于是,从管理技术的研发、经济市场的运行、政策法规的完善和教育伦理等方面提出了优化配置的策略,特别是针对目前农村信息化建设的问题提出了相应的资源优化配置方案。

Based on the current development of Chinese network, the content and target of network information resource allocation was introduced. And then the questions in its current situation was revealed. According to the questions, some measures to optimize the allocation of the network information were pointed out, especially in the countryside.
