面向用户的学科化信息服务是以用户为中心、按照科学研究与创新对知识信息的需求规律,而不再是按照文献工作流程来组织信息服务工作。在这种服务模式下,信息服务与用户信息利用活动过程绑定在一起,动态随机地满足用户信息需求,成为用户活动及其环境中的有机部分。其服务体系构建包括服务内容体系构建与服务模式构建等具体工作。

User- oriented information service is user- centered and considering the research and innovation requirement rule of knowledge information, it no longer obey the process of literature work to organize informalion service. Under this kind of service mode, information service and user information utilization activity are binding together, dynamically meet the users＇ need, and become the part of user information requirement. The construction of service system includes the construction of service content system and service mode.
