摘要
探讨特色数据库质量的评价指标体系、评语集及权重的测定方法,在此基础上构建特色数据库质量模糊综合评价模型,以便对其进行更加客观的定量化的评价。
This paper described evaluating indexes system, comment aggregation and weight measurement on the quality of characteristic database. On this basis, the author established a model of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. More objectively and quantitatively could be evaluated on the quality of characteristic database.
