Enterprise＇s information strategy （EIS） is a hot spot in research of information processing and management. The prospect of its application is wide. With the breakthrough of EIS research, the importance of EIS gets clearer in enterprise＇s development. This article focused on 2 aspects： the effective process of the implementing of the enterpfise＇s information strategy; reflecting the enterpfise＇s information strategy on the basis of humanity.
