麝香保心丸在老年单纯收缩期高血压治疗中的作用

Effect of Shexiangbaoxin Pills on old age of patients with isolated systolic hypertension

目的观察麝香保心丸在老年单纯收缩期高血压治疗中的作用。方法老年单纯收缩期高血压患者62例随机分为两组，每组31例。对照组给予氨氯地平5mg，每日1次；观察组在对照组治疗的基础上加用麝香保心丸，每次2粒，每日3次口服，疗程3个月。结果两组治疗后都能有效地降低患者单纯收缩期高血压的收缩压，减少脉压差，但观察组收缩压及脉压差明显低于对照组，差异有统计学意义垆〈0．05）。结论麝香保心丸可以降低老人单纯收缩期高血压患者的收缩压，减少脉压差。

Objective To observe the effects of Shexiangbaoxin pills on old age of patients with isolated systolic hypertension. Methods 62 old-aged isolated systolic hypertension patients were divided into two groups randomly, each of which contained 31 patients. The control group was administered with amlodipine 5mg per day, while the observed group was administered amlodipine combined with Shexiangbaoxin pills 3 times a day, 2 pills every time for 3 months. Resuls The systolic blood pressure and the pulse pressure in observed group were obviously lower than that in control group. There is a significant difference between two group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusions Shexiangbaoxin pills could reduce the systolic blood pressure and the pulse pressure in old-aged patients.
