Synthesis of heliotropin by air-catalytic oxidation

摘要 以胡椒环与乙醛酸经缩合得到的中间体3,4-亚甲二氧基苯乙醇酸为原料,建立了空气催化氧化脱羧反应合成洋茉莉醛的新方法。获得最佳的反应条件为:反应温度95℃,原料与催化剂的摩尔比是1.0∶0.05,反应时间为10 h,空气流速为45 L/h。收率在93%以上。 Using intermediate product (3,4-dioxymethylene mandelic acid) which was obtained by the benzo[1,3 ]-dioxole and glyoxylic acid as the starting material, a new method by which heliotropin was synthesized from the intermediate product by catalytic oxidation with air and decarboxylation reaction was obtained. The optimum reaction conditions were as follows:reaction temperature was 95 ℃, the mole ratio of n( the starting material) : n(catalyst) = 1.0 : 0.05 ,reaction time was 10 h and the velocity of air-flow was 45 L/h. The product yield of heliotropin was above 93%.
