摘要
为了筛选更为高效、广谱的杀菌剂,以二氨基硫脲为原料,与正丁酸合成中间体5-丙基-4-氨基-2,4-二氢-1,2,4-三唑-3-硫酮,再与取代的芳香醛在酸催化下反应合成5个席夫碱化合物,并用1H NMR、IR和元素分析对化合物进行了结构表征。
In order to screen high effective and broad-spectrum fungicide. Five Schiff bases were synthesized by 5-propyl-4-amino-2,4-dihydro-1,2,4-triazole-3-thione and aromatic aldehydes. Their structures were confirmed by ^1H NMR, IR and elemental analysis.
