摘要
聚酰胺-胺(PAMAM)类树状分子是一类高度支化、具有特定三维结构、分子尺寸和构型高度可控的树枝状大分子,其独特的分子结构与物理化学性质使之在众多领域有着广泛的应用前景,并迅速发展为研究热点之一。将PAMAM类化合物在生物医学与自组装模板两大重要领域的研究进展及成果进行了归纳与总结,同时对此类大分子未来的研究方向作以展望。
Polyamidoamine (PAMAM) -based dendrimer is a class of macromolecules with controlled surface functionality and size, highly branched and three-dimensional architecture, which has attracted a lot of scientific attention and provided a number of potential applications in the past decade. Biomedicine and assembly template are the most important research fields of PAMAM-based dendrimers, which research development and achievement will be reviewed in this paper. The prospect of the series of macromolecules is previewed.
