对甲苯磺酸催化合成肉桂酸环己酯的方法改进 被引量:1

摘要 以对甲苯磺酸为催化剂,在不使用带水剂的情况下,对肉桂酸与环己醇之间的酯化反应进行了研究,考察了醇酸物质的量的比、反应时间和催化剂用量对肉桂酸环己酯收率的影响。结果表明,对甲苯磺酸有较好的催化活性,最佳反应条件为:肉桂酸的加入量为0.02 mol,醇酸摩尔比为3.5∶1,催化剂质量为0.20 g,反应1.0 h,收率可达95.4%以上。 Esterification of cinnamic acid and cyclohexyl alcohol was studied by using p-toluenesulfonic acid as catalyst without water-carrying agent. The effect of different factors such as the mole ratio of alcohol to acid,reaction time and the amount of the catalyst on the yield of cyclohexyl cinnamate were discussed. The results showed that p-toluenesulfonic acid had good catalytic activity. The optimum conditions were as follows : when the amount of cinnamic acid was 0.02 mol, the mole ratio of alcohol to acid is 3.5 : 1, reaction time was 1.0 h, the amount of the catalyst was 0.20 g, the yield can reach 95.4%.
