摘要
分析连铸板坯内裂纹的产生原因,着重讨论中心裂纹和三角区裂纹在不同受力条件下的产生机率,认为鼓肚应变是导致连铸板坯内裂纹产生的主要原因。根据这一分析结果在实际生产中进行有针对性的技术改进,应用表明严格控制夹辊开口度、采用轻压下技术以及适当降低二次冷却强度有助于减少中心裂纹的出现。
Having analyzed the reasons of cracks inside slab, possibilities for contral cracks and angle cracks occurring under the different pressures are discussed emphatically in this paper. Bulge stress is considered to be main reason for cracks occurring inside slab. Based on the analysis, technological development is carried out aiming to production practice. Applications show that strict control on opening of pinch roll,adoption of light pressure technology and suitable reflection in secondary cooling stfengtll call help to reduce the occurrence of central cracks.
