摘要
根据铝脱氧的反应机理,进行定氧加铝试验,得出在不同残氧量时的加铝量控制标准,并在此基础上建立了铝镇静钢的定氧加铝模型,在简化加铝量计算的同时提高了钢中[Al]控制的准确度。
Based on the reaction mechanism of aluminium deocidation, the experiments of killing by adding aluminium have been carried out, and then the standards of aluminium quantity added to steel corresponding to the different quantity of remaining oxygen have been obtained. Based on it, the model of controlling aluminium-killed steel by adding aluminium was set up. While simplifying the calculation on aluminium quantity,the exactness of controlling FAil in steel has been improved.
