论新农村体育建设的机遇与挑战

On the Opportunity and Challenge Facing Sports Construction for the New Countryside

新农村体育建设是社会主义新农村建设的子系统,应该站在国家发展大战略中去研究和实施。新农村体育建设迎来了良好的发展机遇,但困难和挑战更多的是来自体育之外的因素。从社会学的角度分析了农民经济收入低、农村文化变迁、农民对体育需求的非必然性、镇(乡)政府难以发挥向农村辐射效应等四大挑战,认为新农村体育建设应该多"点"并进。

Sports construction for the new countryside is the subsystem for the national development strategy of socialist new countryside construction. Sports construction for the new countryside enjoys good development opportunities, but it also faces difficulties and challenges. This article analyzes four challenges from the sociological perspective, namely, low income of the peasants, transformation of rural culture, optional demand of peasants for sports, the inadequate role played by the local government. It is suggested that sports construction for the new countryside should be conducted in multiple levels.
