摘要 综述了槲皮素生物学知识以及槲皮素与运动性贫血、不同运动及训练方式下槲皮素对机体的作用。探讨运动时槲皮素机体调节作用的可能机制。 This paper expounds the biological knowledge of quercetin, the relationship between quercetin and exercise - induced anemia and the effect of quercetin on human body in different forms of exercise means of training and the possible working mechanism of quercetin.
