摘要
电炉炼钢配用海绵铁试验表明:熔清钢水含磷明显降低,净化钢水;加料时间缩短,供电630.3~719.5kwh/t,送电平稳;海绵铁铁收率85.5%,随全铁量和金属化率提高而增加。冶炼试验也证明:海绵铁更适用于巧炼优质钢和纯净钢;应重视炼钢原料选择,确保钢质和冶炼指标的改善;针对海绵铁特点改进冶炼工艺制度。
The experiments on charging sponge iron for electric arc furnace steelmaking show that sulphur content in molten steel obviously drops down and time of purifying molten steel and charging time shorten with stable power supply 630.3 ̄719.5 kwh/t. Meanwhile,the absorption ratio of sponge iron arrives at 85.5% and the ratio increases with the rise of iron content and metalation ratio. Smelting experiments also prove that sponge iron is more applicable to smelt high-grade steel and pure steel. Also it is importart to choose steelmaking material in order to make sure to improve the steel quality and smelting index. Smelting process should be developed in accordance with the characteristic of sponge iron.
