摘要
采用加食盐煅烧的石灰进行铁水脱硫实验室试验,结果表明其脱硫率比未加食盐煅烧的石灰脱硫率平均提高了20.12%。因为加食盐煅烧的石灰活性大幅度地提高,尤其是CaO晶粒结构发生变化,即晶粒间距增大和微细裂缝,孔洞数量增多,为铁水渗透增大脱硫反应界面积的缘故。
It has been shown that the average desulphurization ratio in the laboratory experiments of hot metal desulphurization with line calcined by adding salt is higher by 20.12% than that with lime calcined without adding salt. The reasons are that the activity of the lime calcined by adding salt is notably raised and especially that the crystal structure of the lime changes,ie,the distance between grains of the lime become larger and the rumber of capillary cracks and pores increases, which are favorable for molten iron penetration into the lime and result in greater reaction area for desulphurization.
