摘要
文中通过大板坯连铸结晶器的水模实验,研究了结晶器宽度、拉速、浸入式水口出口角、水口浸入深度及水口吹气量等工艺参数分别变化时结晶器内流场的特性。认为,以水口吹气的影响最大;得出了不同工艺条件下的临界吹气量值。
This paper introduces the study on the characteristic of turbulance flow zone in monld via hydraulic model experiments on slab continuous casting machine mould when individually charging the technological parameters such as mould width,casting speed,outlet angle of immersed nozzle,immersion depth of nozzle and air-blowing quantity of nozzle,etc. It is shown via experiments that air blowing has the largest influence on turbulance flow zone. Valnes of critical air-blowing under different process conditions are obtained.
