摘要
基于区域产业结构发展趋势及其演变规律,以保障区域生活用水需求与生态环境用水需求为前提,在区域水资源可供给总量与产业发展用水需求量的约束条件下,建立基于水资源优化配置的区域产业结构动态演化模型,调整与优化区域产业结构布局,促进区域水资源的可持续开发利用。通过区域水资源供需平衡以及产业结构的双向优化,以保障产业综合效益最大化,并提出采用遗传算法对模型进行求解,结合实证分析,进一步验证模型的有效性。
According to the regional industrial structure development trends and its evolutionary rule, under the precondition of ensuring regional water demand of life and ecological environment, Regional industrial structure dynamic evolutionary Model is established based on constraint conditions of regional water supply and water demand of industrial development to adjust industrial structure and ensure sustainable water use. The mutual optimization between coordination of water supply and water demand and regional industrial structure ensures the maximum industrial comprehensive benefits; and the genetic algorithm is used to solve the model. In the end, this paper verifies the validity of model with empirical analysis.
