摘要
文中提出采用系统科学的管理程序以提高钢包（含中间包）内衬的使用寿命。并依据钢包内衬所有各部分均衡损耗的原则，设计一张新的钢包砌筑材料和剖面施工图，与此同时，相应修改所有操作（铸钢、烘包、砌砖等）规程，以逐步提高钢包寿命。
Based on the principle of even consumption on each part of ladle lining,a new construction section view of ladle lining material is designed.Meanwhile,all rules of operation cincluding casting,baking and bricking should be accordingly modified to prolong lifetime of ladle gradually.
