彩超引导下穿刺活检颈部包块78例

B-ultrasound-guided biopsy of neck mass:Report of 78 cases

目的:探讨彩色超声引导下穿刺活检在头颈外科中对颈部包块诊断的临床应用价值。方法:用美国产Ba,dMagnum TM活检枪和配套活检针对颈部包块78例患者做彩超引导下经皮穿刺活检,标本送组织病理学检查。结果:(1)穿刺78例,取材成功率为98.72%,无一例出现严重并发症。(2)76例可作出明确诊断,其中甲状腺病变18例,神经鞘膜瘤6例,淋巴结病变47例,炎症等其他病变共7例。结论:超声引导自动活检术是一种取材成功率高、操作简便、并发症少的组织学微创取材方法,在颈部包块的诊断中具有重要的临床应用价值。

Objective： To study the clinical value of ultrasound-guided automatic biopsy in the diagnosis of neck lump in the Department of ORL-HNS. Methods： The percutaneous punctures under ultrasound guidance were performed with the Bard Magnum biopsy gun for neck lumps of 78 patients. The obtained samples were sent for histopathologlcal examinations. Results ： （ 1 ） The 98.72% successful samples were obtained in a total of 78 patients. And no severe complication was found. （2）The histologic diagnoses were confirmed in 76 patients, including thyroid disease in 18 patients, netrilemmom in 6 patients, the lymphnode of pathological changes in 47 patients and inflammation in 7 patients. Conclusions ： Ultrasound-guided automatic biopsy was a good sampling method with high success rate, simple operating process, high accuracy and low ratio of complication. It holds significant clinical value in the diagnosis of neck lump.
