复方青黛丸联合复方氨肽素治疗进行期银屑病38例

Effect of compound qingdai pill and compound antaisu on active psoriasis:38 cases report

目的:观察复方青黛丸联合复方氨肽素治疗进行期银屑病的疗效。方法:72例患者随机分为两组:治疗组内服复方青黛丸、复方氨肽素、维生素C,外用醋酸曲安奈德尿素软膏;对照组除不用复方青黛丸外,其余用药均与治疗组相同。连续2周为1疗程,治疗期间每周患者复诊1次。结果:2个疗程后治疗组和对照组痊愈率及总有效率比较均有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:两者联合使用,疗效显著,是有安全、价廉、不良反应少的优势治疗方案。

Objective： To observe the effect of compound qingdai pill and compound antaisu on active psoriasis. Methods： 72 patients were randomly separated into two groups： observation group with oral administration of compound qingdai pill, compound antaisu and vitamin C, and external application of triamcinolone acetonide acetate urea ointment with continuous 2 weeks as a course; control group with the same treatment except for qingdai pill. Patients had return visit every week during treatment period. Results： Healing rate and total efficacy of observation group was significantly different from control group after 2 courses （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Combination of compound qingdai pill and compound antaisu is effective, safe, economical and with little side effect.
