门诊手术室医院感染的现状及控制对策研究

目的:通过对门诊手术室医院感染状况分析,探讨感染相关危险因素及控制对策。方法:针对门诊手术室的工作特点,建立完善的管理与监督体系,制定并落实各项有效的消毒隔离措施和感染监测制度,严格执行无菌操作规程,创造合适的手术环境。结果:门诊手术切口1期愈合率达95.2%,感染率控制在正常范围内。结论:加强门诊手术室医院感染的管理,可有效地防止医院感染的发生,降低无菌切口的感染率。

Objective： To discuss the infection related factor and the control method by analyzing the hospital infection status of the outpatient operating room. Methods： According to the working characteristics of the outpatient operating room, enacted and implemented the effective measures of disinfection, detention and infection monitoring system, strictly implemented the asepsis operating rules, and created a valid operation environment. Results ：The I stage heal rate was 95.2%, and the infection rate was in the normal range. Conclusion ：Strengthening the administration of the hospital infection control in the outpatient operating room can effectively prevent the hospital infection and reduce the infection rate of the incisional wound.
