Effect of packing gauze in uterine cavity on hemorrhage in cesarean section

目的:探讨宫腔填塞纱布条治疗剖宫产术中出血的临床效果。方法:对2006年1月～2007年10月住院分娩产妇中因剖宫产术中子宫收缩乏力、止血困难者,术中采用宫腔填塞纱布条止血15例进行分析。结果:15例患者中采用宫腔填塞均能很好地控制子宫出血,避免子宫切除,术后无不良后果。结论:宫腔填塞纱布条治疗剖宫产术中出血方便,起效快,可减少继续出血,避免子宫切除。

Objective： To explore the effect of packing gauze in uterine cavity on hemorrhage in cesarean section. Methods： Analyzed data of 15 parturients with hemorrhage in cesarean section due to uterine inertia, treated by packing gauze in uterine cavity. Results： Hemorrhage in all cases were controlled, avoiding hysterectomy, and without adverse effect after surgery. Conclusion： Packing gauze in uterine cavity is convenient, and with immediate effect. It can reduce bleeding and avoid hysterectomy.
