摘要
节能项目评价在节能工作中用途非常广泛,其中节能项目节能量和减排量的计算及价值确定是关键。本文对项目节能量计算方法进行了分析,并研究了财务评价和国民经济评价条件下的节能量价值;研究了项目减排量的计算方法,并对CO2、SO2等主要减排气体的价值进行了定量分析;同时,分析了计算中应注意的事项。
The energy saving project assessment is widely used in energy saving works, in which calculation and value of the saved energy and emission reductions of the project is the key point. In the paper, it analyzes and revises the calculation methods for energy saving, and studies on energy saving value in the condition of financial evaluation and economic evaluation. And also it researches the calculating method of emission reductions, with the quantitative analysis of major emission mitigation such as CO2, SO2. At the same time, the paper analyzes the issues and matters needing attention in the process of those calculations.
