摘要
用2,4-二羟基-5-乙酰苯乙酮、二胺基硫脲与水杨醛反应合成了新型不对称席夫碱配体及其铜(II)配合物,通过元素分析、1HNMR、IR、UV-vis等手段对配体及其配合物进行了组成和结构表征,并采用邻苯三酚自氧化法测定了它们模拟超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性。结果表明,它们均具有良好的SOD活性。
There asymmetric Schif base ligands and its c0pper(Ⅱ) complexe has been synthesized from the reaction of 2,4-dihydroxy-5-acetylacetophenone,dithiocarbohydrazon and salicylaldehyde, and characterized by elemental analysis,1H NMR,IR,UV -vis spectrophotometry. The activity of mimicking superoxide dismutase of complexes was determined by autoxidation of 1,2,3-benzenetriol.The results showed that the complexes possess favor- able activity of mimicking superoxide dismutase.
