摘要
非对称带状线广泛应用于LTCC微波集成电路系统(MICs)中。首次成功地将微带线不连续性等效电路模型移植到非对称带状线中,分析了其几种不同形式的不连续性,诸如开路端、阶梯、直角拐角和T形结。与数值分析结果相比,其S参数的平均误差均小于2%。
The asymmetric stripline is widely used in LTCC microwave integrated circuit system (MICs). This paper successfully applies the equivalent circuit model of micro stripline discontinuity to deal with different discontinuities for asymmetric stripline, such as open circuit, step, fight-angle bend and T-junction. Compared with numerical results, the average error of S parameters is less than 2%.
