3种方法治疗小儿抽动-秽语综合征的研究

Study of three kinds of methods on Gilles Tourette syndrome

目的观察3种方法治疗小儿抽动-秽语综合征的临床疗效。方法150例抽动-秽语综合征患儿随机分成3组:A组60例采用宁动颗粒联合氟哌啶醇治疗,B组60例采用宁动颗粒治疗;C组30例采用氟哌啶醇治疗,疗程6个月。治疗结束后评价近期疗效及不良反应,0.5 a后随访评价远期疗效及复发率。结果A组显效36例,总有效率95%;B组显效32例,总有效率83%;C组显效9例,总有效率73%,A组、B组显效率优于C组(P<0.01或0.05),A组总有效率优于B组、C组(P<0.05或0.01)。结论中西医结合治疗抽动-秽语综合征不良反应少、复发率低、临床疗效显著。

Objective It is to observe the clinical curative effect of three kinds of methods on Gilles Tourette syndrome. Methods 150 morningsicknesses with Gilles Tourette syndrome were randomly divided into three groups. 60 cases were in group A and treated with Ningdong granules united with haloperidol, others 60 cases were in group B and treated with Ningdong granules and the other 30 cases were in group C and treated with haloperidol. The curative effect in the near future and untoward reaction were evaluated at the end of treatment. The long-dated curative effect and relapse rate were followed up and evaluated after treatment for 0.5 a, Results The excellence cases in group A was 36 cases and the total effective rate was 95 %. The excellence cases in group B was 32 cases and the total effective rate was 83 %. The excellence cases in group C was 9 cases and the total effective rate was 73 96. The excellence rates in group A and group B were outstripped to that in group C （P 〈 0.05 or 0.01 ）. The total effective rate in group A was outstripped to that in group B and group C （P 〈 0.05 or 0.01）. Conclusion Integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine on Gilles Tourette syndrome has few untoward reaction, low relapse rate and significant clinical curative effect.
