中西药结合治疗混合性高血脂症的研究

Study of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine on mixed type Hyperlipidemia

目的观察中西药治疗混合型高血脂症的临床疗效。方法将符合纳入标准的120例混合型高血脂症患者随机分为观察组60例和对照组60例,对照组采用西药氟伐他汀治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上加用中药治疗,均治疗4周。结果观察组临床控制率为90%,对照组为61%,观察组TG、LDL-C的下降幅度均明显优于对照组,有显著性差异(P均<0.05)。结论中西药治疗混合性高血脂症具有可行性,特别对于年龄偏大、肝肾功能基础差、经济条件受限的患者,更是最佳选择。

Objective It is to observe the clinical curative effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine on mixed type Hyperlipidemia. Methods 120 patients with mixed type Hyperlipidemia who were accorded with the internalized criterion were selected and randomly divided into two groups. 60 cases were in control group and treated with fluvastatin, and the other 60 cases were in observation group and treated additionally with traditional Chinese medicine based on the treatment of control group. The two groups were both treated for four weeks. Results The clinical control rate in observation group was 90 % and that in control group was 61%. The lowering extent of TG and LDL - C in observation group was obviously outstripped to that in control group. There were significant differences between the two groups （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine on mixed type Hyperlipidemia is feasible and the best choice especially for older, poor liver and kidney function and limited economic condition patients.
