摘要
通过在国内外试验台及电厂的研究,清楚地表明在各种同类型的燃烧器上进行了成功的点火,而燃用的煤,其热工性能又非常广泛。等离子点火设备可以降低发电成本,提早投入电除尘减少环境污染,保证锅炉低负荷及启动时的安全运行。对35t/h循环流化床锅炉煤粉等离子点火系统的设计,给出了煤粉等离子点火器的设计方法,并对等离子点火系统进行了分析。
Pulverized coal is ignited by a high temperature electric arc generated by a plasma generator in the pulverized coal burner. Experiments from laboratory and power plant show that the air plasma ignition technique displayed a good performance. It can enable coal-fired boilers to start, as well as to operate at low load, without or only requiring small addition ofoil. Hence, the cost of power generation is reduced, environmental pollution is improved and the reliability of starting and operation at low load is warranted too. The system of air plasma ignition was designed for a circulating fluidized bed boiler with capacity of 35t/h. Experiments of air plasma ignition burner show many specific properties in a circulating fluidized bed boiler burning brown coal.
