摘要
聚丙烯催化剂C-MAX120在中国石油天然气股份有限公司大庆炼化公司聚丙烯装置上成功应用使用该催化剂的生产过程中,解决了细粉含量多、残留烃含量偏高以及挤压机的筒体温度低等问题,利用该催化剂生产了双向拉伸聚丙烯树脂,其薄膜的加工速度超过420m/min。
Catalyst C-MAX120 was successfully used on the polypropylene plant of Daqing Refining ＆ Chemical Company, PetroChina. Problems such as excessive fine powder and residual hydrocarbon content, and low temperature of extruder cylinder, etc. are solved using the catalyst. Bi-oriented polypropylene is produced in the presence of catalyst C-MAX120 and the film production rate is above 420 m/min.
