摘要
设计了一种具有数据中继功能的三相数字电表。该电表巧妙地引入了无线收发器nRF905,结合特定多功能电表通信协议,有效解决了自动抄表系统中485抄表通信成功率低、不能即连即通的问题。电表可以在-40~80℃正常稳定地实现电参数测量和数据中继,电表通过软件校正后,其有功测量精度满足0.2、0.5 S。数据中继在数字电表设计上是一个创新点,该电表具有较高的实用价值和很好的应用前景。
A three-phase electric power meter with data relaying function was designed, wireless transceiver nRF905 was introduced ingeniously in the meter, combining the characteristics of the special multipurpose electric power meter communication protocol, the problem of the 485 bus communication existing in the automatic meter reading system was solved effectively. The meter can realize data relaying function formally and steadily in an environment of - 40 to 80 ℃. The active measurement precision meets 0.2, 0.5 S, after software correction. The data relaying function in the design of electrical meter is an innovation, and the meter has high practical value and good application prospects.
