摘要
以核桃壳为原料制备活性炭,研究水蒸汽活化法制备核桃壳基活性炭的工艺条件,考察活化温度和活化时间对活性炭性能的影响。并以制备出的活性炭为吸附剂处理电镀铬废液,考察活性炭配比与处理时间对电镀铬废液的处理效果。
The activated carbon was prepared with walnut shells by a steam activation method. The effects of the activation temperature and the activation time on activated carbon property were researched. Furthermore, the chrome electroplating spent liquor was treated by the as-prepared activated carbon, and the process parameters, such as ration of activated carbon and treatment time, were studied by experiments.
