摘要
针对氢化大豆卵磷脂调节血脂的作用进行研究。试验结果表明,氢化大豆卵磷脂三个剂量组的TC、TG水平均较高脂模型对照组降低,差异显著。
The action of hydrogenated soybean lecithin to anti- hy- perlipidemia was studied. The experiments showed that the levels of TC and TG in the three experimental groups of hydrogenated soybean lecithin were significantly decreased, and lower than high fat control group. The conclusion was that hydrogenated soybean lecithin could reduce the level of serum lipid.
