摘要 有机发光二极管显示器(OLED)是一种新型的平板器件,介绍了一种用于220×176彩色PM-OLED的显示驱动芯片。该芯片可以选择262k色和65k色的显示模式。芯片为18V高压CMOS数模混合集成电路,采用了MCU接口模式和RGB接口模式两种工作模式,内置的γ调制模块能够弥补屏幕与电流的非线性关系。该芯片是一种电流驱动型电路,列驱动采用了PAM和PWM结合的调制方式实现灰度调制。全芯片已经完成电路的设计和版图的实现,并进行了后端仿真,仿真结果验证了设计的正确性。 Organic light emitting display (OLED) is a new type of flat-panel display (FPD). A single chip driver system for passive-matrix color OLED was developed with resolution of 220 × 176.262 k color and 65 k color mode was chosen for this chip. This driver is high-voltage, large-current, mixed-signal chip with MCU interface mode and RGB interface mode. There is a γ modulation module in the chip to fix the non-liner of the display. This chip is current-driver circuit. The segment driver circuit uses the PAM and PWM to modulate the grayscales. Simulation results illustrate that the design accords with the specification.
