摘要
针对6A95Z20型喷油泵工作过程中减速迟缓的现象,经试验确认故障是由于在怠速停供位置时,油泵柱塞的停油直槽与柱塞套筒回油孔重合度存在偏差造成的。通过修改调速特性曲线、改进喷油泵柱塞的结构和调整怠速弹簧长度消除了故障。
Aiming at the defect of deceleration delay caused by 6A95Z20 fuel pump, a test is conducted, which reveals that the defect is caused by the position misalignment between the vertical groove in plunger and the spill port in barrel at the point of fuel cut-off for idling. By modifying governor characteristic curve and the edges of helix and vertical groove in plunger, as well as adjusting the length of idling spring, the fault is eliminated.
