摘要
基于椭圆齿轮非正弦发生装置,开发逆平行四连杆驱动的连铸结晶器非正弦振动发生装置,并制造实验室样机。逆平行四连杆非正弦发生装置紧凑合理,可靠性高,易于实现静动平衡,其工作性能和成本都优于椭圆齿轮机构。通过运动分析,得到逆平行四连杆机构产生的非正弦波的位移、速度和加速度函数,其表达式较简单,由此推导出各工艺参数的解析表达式,并分析各工艺参数随非正弦振动基本参数的变化规律。通过几何参数替换,逆平行四连杆非正弦波的各计算公式可以转化为椭圆齿轮非正弦波相应的计算公式,计算简便且可以得到精确解。从而为实际应用中工艺参数的精确计算、工艺过程的精确控制提供了理论基础。
Based on the non-sinusoidal generating device of elliptic gear, a non-sinusoidal oscillation generating device for continuous casting mould driven by anti-parallel four-bar linkage is developed, and its prototype is manufactured. The new device features compact and rational structure, high reliability, and easy realization of static and dynamic balances, so both its working performance and cost are superior to those of elliptic gear. Through motion analysis, the displacement, velocity and acceleration functions of the non-sinusoidal wave generated by anti-parallel four-bar linkage are obtained with simple formulas. The analytical formulas of the process parameters are deduced, and the variation rules with basal parameters of non-sinusoidal oscillation are analyzed. Through geometric parameters substitution, these formulas can be transformed into corresponding formulas of non-sinusoidal wave of elliptic gear, and the calculation is simple and can obtain accurate solution, thereby providing theoretical basis for accurate calculation of process parameters and accurate control o fprocess in the practical application.
