三维磁共振波谱成像在前列腺癌诊断中的价值 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨三维磁共振波谱(MRS)成像在前列腺癌诊断中的价值。方法回顾性分析19例前列腺癌、7例前列腺增生患者常规MR I及MRS检查资料,比较两种影像学手段与病理诊断的符合率。结果前列腺癌MR I、MRS与病理诊断的符合率分别为63.2%、94.7%(P<0.05)。结论MRS成像对前列腺癌的诊断有较高准确性和特异性。
